Display Fireworks are located on a Military Base. Government Issued Photo ID required for entrance.

Persons wishing to participate in the bidding process of the sale are required to complete a Bidder Registration and Application Form located at http://ricklevin.com/Auctions/Online-Auctions.aspx. Only ATF Licensed or Permit Holders may register to bid. A copy of the Bidder's ATF License or Permit must be submitted together with a completed Bidder Registration and Application Form and a cashier's check or wire transfer in the amount of $500, made payable to Rick Levin & Associates, Inc. Bidders choosing to send a wire, please contact Joe Steinfeld at 312-656-2027 for wire instructions. 

All Registration and Application forms, copies of ATF Licenses or Permits, and cashier's checks must arrive at the above address, and wire transfers must be received, no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, October 10, 2013. ATF, VSE Corp, and RLA, Inc. have the right to deny any potential bidder’s application. There is no right to appeal the decision to deny an application. If your application is approved, authorization to bid will be sent to the applicant’s email.
