All items will be sold “AS IS-WHERE IS”.

This is an Export Only Auction. Cigarettes and Tobacco Products being auctioned in this sale may not be retained or resold within the United States by the winning bidders. All items purchased in this auction must be exported from the United States by the winning bidders.

Persons wishing to participate in the bidding process of the sale are required to complete a Bidder Registration Form located at http://ricklevin.com/Auctions/Online-Auctions.aspx. Only Licensed Tobacco Dealers may register to bid. A copy of the Bidder's Tobacco Dealer's License must be submitted together with a completed Bidder Registration Form and a cashier's check or wire transfer in the amount of $5,000, made payable to Rick Levin & Associates, Inc. Bidders choosing to send a wire, please contact Joe Steinfeld at 312-656-2027 for wire instructions.

All registration and application forms, copies of Tobacco Dealer's Licenses, and cashier's checks must arrive at the above address, and wire transfers must be received, no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, August 23. 2013.  ATF, VSE Corp, and RLA, Inc. have the right to deny any potential bidder’s application. There is no right to appeal the decision to deny an application. If your application is approved, authorization to bid will be sent to the applicant’s email.
