Persons wishing to participate in the bidding process of the sale are required to complete a Bidder Registration Form located at http://ricklevin.com/Auctions/Online-Auctions.aspx. Only Licensed Tobacco Dealers may register to bid. A copy of the Bidder's Tobacco Dealer's License must be submitted together with a completed Bidder Registration Form and a cashier's check or wire transfer in the amount of $500, made payable to Rick Levin & Associates, Inc.
